  • Provide an unedited unboxing video (without cuts or edits) as proof.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or are not returned in their original condition/packaging.
