Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
2. Return Process
Submit your return request via email or through our customer service platform.
Include photos clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.
Provide an unedited unboxing video (without cuts or edits) as proof.
Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used or are not returned in their original condition/packaging.
Products purchased under promotions or special discounts, unless proven defective.
